Domaine A- one of Tassie's oldest producers will no doubt have some Cabernet that will knock your socks off. Yes, Cabernet, its not all about Pinot Noir!
Spring Vale- from Tassie's east cost, these folks produce simply delicious wines (the Chardonnay is a personal favourite).
Holm Oak- Winemaker Bec and her viticulturist husband Tim are a dynamic duo, making great wines. You must try the 2015 Wizard Pinot Noir.
Jansz- you might a fan of the Jansz NV but wait til you've tasted the vintage sparklers!
Other producers include: Goaty Hill, Tolpuddle, Ghost Rock, Bream Creek, Josef Chromy.
But there's more than just wine. There'll be cider, cheese, seafood and more delicious produce.
