Here is the menu for our first Sparkling Seafood Sunday happening this Sunday November 26, 2017. We are fully booked but arrive early or late and take your chances. 

Sadly, no crayfish this time, the season hasn't properly started but we will have crayfish for our next event on Sunday December 24. 

You can book for future events- December 24, 2018 / January 28, 2018 / February 25, 2018 / March 25, 2018 / April 29, 2018. 

Small plates

Freshly shucked Melshell oysters-
Natural, or with char-grilled chorizo or with gin & tonic granita

$3.50 each or $30 dozen

Char-Grilled octopus, basil pesto, balsamic reduction

Pan- seared scallops, Pernod creme, fresh parsley

Smoked Mussel Pate, wood oven pizza bread

Large Plates
Tray baked Huon salmon, green beans, olives, cherry tomatoes, basil on wood oven roasted potato with preserved lemon aioli

Warm salad of wood oven roasted lamb back strap, spinach, rocket, fresh pear, walnut, Gorgonzola dressing
