'Sweet wafts of vanilla cream, smoke, floral things and toffee apples.
There’s weight and concentration in the palate, drive of crunchy green acidity, nutty-creaminess over the tart fruit character and a frothy briskness to bead; it adds up to a very refreshing yet full-bodied sparkling wine of charisma.
