Lively citrus & stone fruit aromas. Delicate lemon citrus & brioche flavours are enhanced with tightly framed acidity, balance & length. This wine is age worthy or drink it now as the perfect accompaniment to grilled Tasmanian salmon. Gold medal at the 2018 Tasmanian Wine Show.

  • Fruit from mature Chardonnay vines at Moores Hill
  • All hand harvested on March 23, 2016
  • Fermented in new and old French oak, about 1/3 new
  • Approx 50% malolactic fermentation

95 points, Huon Hooke, The Real Review:

Light colour and a subtle but complex bouquet, showing nuts and stone fruits, a hint of low-level sulfide, the palate tight, refined and long, ending with some grip which adds to the clean, dry finish. Very good and has potential.
