Join us for fresh Tasmanian seafood and good wine at the cellar door over Easter.
Our cellar door will be open everyday, including Good Friday, 10:00am - 5:00pm.
We'll be serving Tassie oysters, delicious with a glass of sparkling or our zesty Riesling.
Our Easter menu includes Poké (pronounced poh-kay) a Hawaiian style raw fish salad served in a bowl with rice. We're doing a salmon poké- cubes of raw fish coated in a soy/ sesame dressing with delicate salad leaves, topped with fresh herbs, fried shallots, black sesame seeds and Japanese mayonnaise.
If you like your fish with a bit of spice, try the Blue Eye Trevalla Poké served with kim chi. We served this dish at Festivale back in February and it was a big hit.
Our usual tasting plates menu (cheese, meat or seafood) will also be available.
Relax on the verandah and enjoy the vineyard views with all our wines available by the glass.
