Festivale is Launceston's annual celebration of food, wine and entertainment in City Park. 

We'll be there, pouring our wines from February 10-12, 2017.

This year we'll also be serving Poké, a Hawaiian style raw fish salad that showcases beautiful Tasmanian seafood. Cubes of salmon are served on a scoop of rice with fresh herbs and a zingy soy dressing. This will be a refreshing dish to enjoy with a glass of wine under the trees in City Park.
