The follow up to the triple trophy winning 2008 Riesling, this is a lip-smackingly good wine. James Halliday and Huon Hooke were among the judges at the 2010 Tasmanian Wine Show and they thought so too.
This elegant Riesling may be enjoyed now for its orange blossom and jasmine aromas and vibrant lime and citrus flavours. Zesty acid ensures it will cellar well for years. A wonderful aperitif or a fine accompaniment to seafood such as grilled whiting, freshly shucked oysters or smoked salmon.
