Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia and the world using Australia Post. Note that there are restrictions on some international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Insurance is included in any shipping cost incurred so you can feel comfortable that you will recieve the wine you order safe and sound.

Please also note that the shipping rates for wine are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

If there is no one to receive and sign for your wine then Australia Post will leave you a delivery notice card informing you of which local Post Office your wine can be picked up from. Unfortunately, Australia Post is generally reluctant to leave parcels in unsecure areas such as driveways and verandahs so it is unlikely any special/non-standard delivery instructions can be carried out - we thank you for being understanding. This is best for the security of your precious wine delivery after all!

Standard delivery around Australia is 5 working days and sometimes up to 7 for remote locations.

Packaging

We are happy to ship individual bottle orders but to really ensure secure transport of your wine we advise orders should be in 6 or 12 bottle multiples. This allows us to package your wine in strong, standard cardboard wine cases.
