Our aim is to make wines of distinction and quality from premium grapes. Our wines are 'fruit driven' styles where quality and flavours of the grapes are expressed in the final quality of the wine. We make no compromises to quality both in the vineyard and in the wine making process.
Our Chardonnay is a barrel fermented style with a full or partial maloactic fermentation to give added complexity. The wine remains in barrels for six to eight months on lees which are stirred regularly to impart a toasty complexity and elegance making it an ideal wine to accompany any of the more robust food styles.
The Pinot Noir is produced from low cropping vines, is hand plunged during primary fermentation and is then matured in new and older French barrels. Once again, this is a fruit driven style, highlighting the primary fruit flavours from the vineyard but with a wonderful balance. Thus making it an ideal food wine whilst young and with good potential to age well for four to eight years.
